Performance Technologies is a service company covering IT-development and creative services within the Performance Media Group. The Performance Media Group is an online agency group with over 230 employees, with more than 40 of those working in the Belgrade office. The scope of the groups work ranges from strategic media consulting to implementation, monitoring and optimization of the individual measures for media planning and buying. Performance Media manages planning mandates from a wide range of industries. Focus industries of our clients are banking, FMCG, Insurance, Telco and Travel. Since our foundation in 2005, we have been the fastest-growing company in the field of digital media planning in Germany.

We see ourselves as a service group that supports our clients in the process of digital media planning and their operational implementation in the best way possible. Our key objective is to achieve maximum results and thus an optimal media efficiency for our clients. We believe in a strong quantitative control, following jointly defined indicators of success with our clients. This applies equally to brand as response campaigns. Therefore, we focus on the most accurate detection of technical success in the campaign context of sales figures and key figures in relation to the qualitative advertising effect.

As a service group, the level of service for our clients is mainly dependent on the experience and motivation of our employees. Therefore, we place very high demands on the academic performance and analytical skills of our employees. We believe in multidisciplinarity: In addition to staff from the media industry, also employees from top-tier IT companies or formerly working in the top management consulting and investment banking industry (eg. from BCG , JP Morgan , McKinsey & Co, Oliver Wyman , Roland Berger, UBS) add their perspectives.
We strongly believe that media technology is the critical component to achieve excellent media results. Therefore, for more than 5 years we have continuously been developing and improving a key technology platform, with more than 50 employees being involved. We have developed a market leading, comprehensive system that is able to process all planning and performance data, at different aggregation levels, on a near-time basis, and is always online accessible for the clients. Furthermore, our system is equipped with automated optimization algorithms and a variety of interfaces. Besides the existing standard interfaces and analysis, we can quickly react to individual customer requirements and data interface needs with our inhouse development team.
